Shipping policy

Orders within United Arab Emirates are managed through local courier services. The standard processing time for in-stock products is 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business day.  

We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Mail us on hello@gwajazi for international shipping inquiries.

Any problems that may occur after a package has been shipped should be communicated with the package carrier.
